Bayju is a health entrepreneur and medical doctor. He previously worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company specialising in health systems across medical devices, pharmaceuticals and IT. He is also a former medical practitioner, where he focused on General Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Psychiatry.
A former Consultant in Anaesthetics and Chronic Pain Management with a background in medical law and ethics, Yvette has worked in both NHS and private health sectors and more recently at the DigitalHealth.London Accelerator.
Yvette leads our clinical team, who oversee clinical governance and safety as well as the design and implementation of high quality new clinical services.
Yvette moved away from clinical practice so that she could make a difference to people’s lives on a larger scale. Having used a variety of techniques to help her patients manage their long-term conditions in the past, she is excited about the opportunity that digital technology brings in enabling more people to do this even more effectively.
Brian is a Chartered Engineer with extensive experience of operations roles in highly regulated industries. He spent 23 years in the Royal Air Force, starting at 16 as an apprentice technician and working his way up before retiring as a Wing Commander. He then became Vice-President for Operations Excellence at BP, progressing to Senior Operations Leader in 2013. Since leaving BP Brian has worked in a range of senior operations roles, most recently at Associated British Ports.
A technologist with 15 years experience in building robust and scalable systems, Mark has worked for everyone from Whitbread to Premier Inn and the BBC as well as co-founding his own data start up, Clarifi Media.
Mark leads our on and offshore development teams and is responsible for architecting and delivering our software solutions. He is also responsible for Test and Quality Assurance.
Being able to create and provide tools that genuinely help people manage their personal health and reduce stress and anxiety in their day-to-day lives is as fun as it is rewarding and with new services being added all the time, in Mark’s own words, digital health is an exciting place to be.
Dan leads our Finance Department, with responsibilities spanning Financial Accounting, FP&A, Corporate Finance and Investor Relations. Dan came to Doctor Care Anywhere having previously worked in sectors including Software Development, Marketing and Public Practice. Dan joined us, in part, because of his enthusiasm for innovative digital services, and the prospect of working to scale these globally to help others.
Phil is a Human Resources specialist who is responsible for setting our people agenda in order to help shape the right culture and working environment for our people to achieve their potential.
With 20 years’ experience in a variety of sectors including pharmaceutical, Phil brings a depth of expertise and experience across leadership development, talent acquisition, training, people strategy, change management and reorganisation.
James is the Senior Partner in the nationally renowned, award-winning St. Hilary Group Practice in the North West of England and is also President of the National Association of Primary Care. James chairs Synergix Health’s Clinical Governance Board, which is responsible for Synergix’s clinical service and ensuring that doctors provide the highest level of care and advice.
Nick is a Professor of Cardiology and Head of Cardiac Electrophysiology at Imperial College London. He is also a Consultant Cardiologist at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (St Mary’s Hospital), a Senior advisor to Google Android and a Lecturer at Columbia University Department of Pharmacology.
Hemant is secretary at the North East London Local Pharmaceutical Committee and a four-time former president of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. He possesses a deep understanding of pharmacy practice, education, regulation and politics and has led innovative projects in medicines management, public health and retailing.
David is a former National Clinical Director for Primary Care at the Department of Health and worked as the the National Director for Primary Care and Medical Adviser at the Department of Health. He is an Honorary Visiting Professor of Health Policy and Management at both the Manchester Business School and the Centre for Public Policy and Health at the University of Durham.
Roger is an eminent GP trainer and author of the “Inner” series of doctor training manuals, one of the very few contemporary medical classics. He is a former President of the Royal College of General Practitioners and advises on the Synergix Health telemedicine training course and manual for our doctors.
