  • Bayju Thakar
    Executive Director and Founder

    Bayju is a health entrepreneur and medical doctor. He previously worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company specialising in health systems across medical devices, pharmaceuticals and IT. He is also a former medical practitioner, where he focused on General Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Psychiatry.

  • Dr Yvette Coldicott
    Chief Medical Officer

    Yvette is a former Consultant in Anaesthesia and Pain Management at Kingston Hospital NHS Trust. She has considerable experience in providing digital healthcare solutions, and previously worked as an NHS Navigator at DigitalHealth.London Accelerator, supporting SMEs to work in collaboration with the NHS.

  • Carmelo Insalaco
    Chief Commercial Officer

    Carmelo is a former Group Head of Digital at International SOS, the world’s largest medical and travel services company, and a former Web Operations and Production Leader at GE. He has considerable experience in the technical, commercial and international logistics in enterprise scale digital transformation programs.

  • Andrea Ramoino
    Chief Product and Proposition Officer

    Andrea is a former Senior Director of Global Product Management at Experian, where he set up and launched a new decision analytics software product line at global level. Prior to that he worked in the data storage industry where he contributed to the turnaround of a global testing business and led the post merger integration of Xyratex and Seagate Technology.

  • Clare Corlett
    Head of Partnerships

    Clare has over a decade of experience in various marketing, project and relationship management roles. She has experience of working in FMCG and Solar throughout the UK, the Netherlands and Switzerland.

  • Liza Levy
    Head of International Development

    Liza is an Argentinian, Israeli Brit with a degree in Chinese and significant experience working and living in China. She previously ran a company helping UK, Spanish and Latin American businesses develop their brands in China, including many Premier League football teams. She has an MBA from INSEAD, where she won entrepreneur of her promotion. Liza is fluent in Spanish, Mandarin, English and Hebrew.


  • Dr James Kingsland, OBE
    Chairman, Clinical Governance Board

    James is the Senior Partner in the nationally renowned, award-winning St. Hilary Group Practice in the North West of England and is also President of the National Association of Primary Care. James chairs Synergix Health’s Clinical Governance Board, which is responsible for Synergix’s clinical service and ensuring that doctors provide the highest level of care and advice.

  • Professor Nick Peters
    Chairman, Internet Hospital Faculty Board

    Nick is a Professor of Cardiology and Head of Cardiac Electrophysiology at Imperial College London. He is also a Consultant Cardiologist at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust (St Mary’s Hospital), a Senior advisor to Google Android and a Lecturer at Columbia University Department of Pharmacology.

  • Hemant Patel
    Clinical Governance Board

    Hemant is secretary at the North East London Local Pharmaceutical Committee and a four-time former president of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. He possesses a deep understanding of pharmacy practice, education, regulation and politics and has led innovative projects in medicines management, public health and retailing.

  • Professor David Colin-Thomé
    Clinical Governance Board

    David is a former National Clinical Director for Primary Care at the Department of Health and worked as the the National Director for Primary Care and Medical Adviser at the Department of Health. He is an Honorary Visiting Professor of Health Policy and Management at both the Manchester Business School and the Centre for Public Policy and Health at the University of Durham.

  • Professor Roger Neighbour, OBE
    Clinical Governance Board

    Roger is an eminent GP trainer and author of the “Inner” series of doctor training manuals, one of the very few contemporary medical classics. He is a former President of the Royal College of General Practitioners and advises on the Synergix Health telemedicine training course and manual for our doctors.
